Bob Suter’s Capitol Ice Arena and the Madison Capitols strive to provide excellent service to all guests. We are pleased to welcome guests of all abilities to our facility. For those guests with specific needs, we offer accessible seating in all areas and levels of the arena, easy access to the arena elevator, access to all concession and merchandise stands, accessible restrooms in all areas and levels, and trained service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Bob Suter’s Capitol Ice Arena. We also offer companion seating for accompanying guests. There is also ADA parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance of the arena, on the Northeast and Southeast end of the building.

Doors will open to the general public up to 60 minutes prior to the start of the game. Player on-ice warm-ups will commence 40 minutes prior the start of the game and will last 15 minutes.

Fans are not permitted to bring in any food or beverage.

Fans are permitted to enter with small handheld purses or bags. Diaper bags and/or bags required for family care are allowed. Backpacks and larger duffel bags are not permitted.

The Madison Capitols have a lost & found at our Fan Services table located in the Northeast end of the arena, next to the elevator. If you have already departed the game, please email info@madcapshockey.com with any missing item inquiries.

Tickets can be purchased online via the Madison Capitols ticketing website https://tickets.madcapshockey.com/, accessible with all devices, or over the phone by calling the Capitols front office at 608-257-2277.

Fans can pick up their pre-purchased will call, suite and group tickets at the Madison Capitols box office during regular business hours. Will Call window will open up to 60 minutes prior to the start of each game.

The Madison Capitols accept cash and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover) at all of our ticketing, concessions and merchandise locations. There is also an ATM in the main lobby entrance where fans can access cash.

ALL Parking is FREE. There is ADA parking spots available directly adjacent to the main entrance of the arena, on both the Southeast and Northeast sides of the entrance.

There is also parking on both the North and South sides of the arena. Overflow parking is available on both sides of Pleasant View Road and in the ETC parking lot. There will be parking attendants and signage directing fans to available spots.

Children aged 2 and under do not need a ticket, provided they do not require their own seat. There are baby changing stations in all restrooms within the arena. There is an individual family restroom available in the Eagle’s Nest seating area. Please visit the Fan Services table at the northeast corner of the arena with any questions regarding use or need of the family restroom.

In the event of a game being cancelled, please check the Madison Capitols website at madcapshockey.com and our social media pages for updates and re-scheduled dates. Updates will be provided immediately to keep everyone informed.

If a game is cancelled, fans will receive a credit to any future game of their choice during the 2022-23 season. Fans will be required to call the Madison Capitols Box Office at 608-257-2277 to redeem their tickets to the future game. All fans who have purchased tickets online will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem their credit.

The ticket credit will be for the same level of seating and number of tickets purchased for the cancelled game. Tickets and seating location to future games will be subject to availability.
